  • Contractor RFQ Informational call with Program Administrators and Lead Vendors​

    • All Current IICs and HPCs are invited to attend​

    • PAs & LVs will present the overall process and objective of the RFQ

    • Written Question Submission Opens

• Thursday, April 9th- Informational call recording and PowerPoint will be posted to the RFQ website​​​

• ​​​​Monday, April 27th- Deadline for Contractors to submit written questions.

  • Contractors to submit questions to MassSaveRFQ@therisegroupinc.com or through the RFQ portal.

• Friday, May 1st, 5:00PM - Posting to bidders of written questions/answers.​

  • Lead Vendors will provide answers to previously submitted questions.

• Wednesday, May 13th, 5:00PM ET – Proposal Submission Deadline.

  • All Submissions must be submitted by this date.

• Friday, May 15th, 5:00PM ET - Notification of Clarification

  • ​Contractor Bids that require clarification will be notified no later than this time.

​​

• Wednesday, May 20th, 5:00PM ET – Contractor Clarifications Due

• Wednesday, May 27th - Notifications of Results to Respondents

• Monday, June 8th - New Pricing Launch

​

• Wednesday, July 1st - IIC Allocation changes begin.
